Force Gauges

Nextech gauges are suitable for simple testing of tension and compression (push and pull) forces and other more advanced testing. Capacities range from 5 N to 20,000 N.

DFS: Low cost, general application gauge with an accuracy of 0.2%. Available in capacities from 5 N to 1,000 N.

DFT: High accuracy of 0.1%, with added performance and features. Available in capacities from 5 N to 1,000 N.

DFS-XM: External Micro-S-Beam load cell with an accuracy of 0.2%. Available in capacities from 100 N to 500 N.

DFS-XJ: External S-Beam load with an accuracy of 0.2%. Available in capacities from 5 N to 1,000 N.

DFS-XB: External Button load cell with an accuracy of 1%. Available in capacities from 500 N to 5,000 N.

DFS-XP: External Spoke load cell with an accuracy of 0.5%. Available in capacities from 5,000 N to 10,000 N.

DFS-XL: External S-Beam load cell with an accuracy of 0.5% – 1%. Available in capacities from 3,000 N to 20,000 N.

DFS/DFT: Test both tension and compression (push and pull) forces for simple applications.

External Load Cell Models: For test areas in a constrained or hard-to-reach location.
DFS-XM: Micro-S-Beam load cell

DFS-XB: Slim button load cell (Compression only)

DFS-XP: Slim spoke load cell

DFS-XL: S-Beam load cell (large loads)

All models can connect to a computer for graphing data or to download data for analysis.
