The test stand operates by turning the thumb wheel to lift the round compression plate until the test specimen breaks. The force gauge, set to peak compression mode, holds the peak or break force until this test value is saved or written down. The peak reading will continue to display until the reset button is pressed, ensuring you never miss a measurement.

The DFS force gauge provides additional features and functions to this set for your testing needs:

• Recommended load force ranges from 10 N to 200 N (1 - 20kgs / 2 lbf - 55 lbf), with a maximum compression load of 200 N (20 kgf / 55 lbf).
• Designed exclusively for compression mode testing.
